What you can expect from my reviews.
I look at my reviews as a reader, I want my opinions to be honest and entirely what I thought of the book that I was reading. Nothing I will post on the blog will be other than what I believe about the book being reviewed. If the book happens to be less than I expected than I will gladly inform my readers in the review. I will also review books that I read for fun and in my spare time. Some of these may or may not be negative. My Reviews generally include Cover Art, Publication Company, Publication Date, Age Group, Amount of Pages, My Starred Rating, Synopsis, and then my review.
*All summaries/synopses are taken from Goodreads.com.
Rating: I use a 5-star rating system simply for convenience because it goes along well with Goodreads. I post my reviews in several places, so I find using this system makes it easier. My rating goes something like this:

1 Star: I couldn’t get into it and could find no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

Genres I enjoy: The majority of the books that are reviewed on this blog are Young Adult, though my taste is not that limited. While I do focus mainly on the YA genre, I also enjoy a good portion of adult books as well. The top genres I enjoy are fantasy, science fiction, romance, also with a paranormal twist, mysteries, thrillers, chick-lit, and some historical fiction.
I rarely enjoy Non-Fiction, but if it is historical than it has a greater appeal to me.
Unsolicited Review Copies: I do accept physical unsolicited review copies, but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to read and review them. I will do my best to work them in to my reading list.

Formats: I prefer books in print - whether it be ARC, galley, paperback, or hardcover. The ebooks that I have for review are ones that I personally request when I feel I have time to be reading more books.
Disclosure: Almost all of the books I receive for review are provided by the publisher or the author. I do not accept/receive monetary compensation for my reviews. All reviews are truthful opinions I have of the book.
